The 4 Frendz Meat Market, located in Clarkson, WA, issued a recall on Saturday for approximately 497 pounds of beef jerky products due to under-processing and potential survival of bacterial pathogens in the products.
The announcement was made by the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) on behalf of the company. The suspect jerky was produced from Aug. 10, 2015 to April 11, 2016. Products are subject to recall include:
