Michael Angelos Gourmet Foods, Inc., an Austin, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 1,575 pounds of vegetable lasagna products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product may contain turkey, as well as eggs, a known allergen, which are not declared on the product label.
