Freshology, Inc. Recalls Chicken Salad Products Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergen

Freshology, Inc., a Burbank, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 111 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken salad products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The ranch salad dressing included with the product contains egg, a known allergen, which is not declared on the finished product label.
