PureCircle has expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of new range of stevia ingredients at the 2015 Institute of Food Technologists Annual Meeting Food Expo.
The PureCircle Matrix Solutions include new stevia ingredient Sigma-T, an ingredient that is claimed to have a clean sweetness profile, reduced astringency and bitterness and a sweet aftertaste that performs parity to sugar at mid-level sugar reductions.
The Sigma-T complements PureCircle Matrix Solutions' existing Sigma-D
