Disclosing details on the show, V Meera, general manager, ITPO, stated that major participation from the Indian side would be in the fine food segment. Besides, India shall be presenting its organic products on which the government is focussing seriously wherein Sikkim has been declared a complete organic state. We intend to increase our footprint in organic segment by next year, she said.
She stated that from India the principal participants would be APEDA and Spice Board.
