Global food processing equipment manufacturer JBT has acquired protein processing equipment provider Wolf-tec for $54m to strengthen its protein processing and liquid foods portfolios.
Wolf-tec offers ingredient preparation, blending, injection, marination, massaging, and portioning solutions for poultry, beef, pork, and seafood industries.
