Chilgrove Gin, along with its export partner The British Bottle Company, has signed an export agreement with the government monopoly distribution board Socit des Alcools du Qubec (SAQ) in Canada.
The move comes in response to the increasing consumer demand for English gin in the country.
Under the agreed terms, Chilgrove Gin will make its product range available in Canada by early 2015.
SAQ reported that gin accounts for 10% of all spirit sales in Quebec, while English gin generates over CA$3
