Scandi Standard, through its subsidiary Kronfagel, has acquired Bosarpskyckling, a producer of organic broiler chickens under the Bosarp brand.
The transaction will enable Kronfagel to expand its offerings, helping to meet strong demand for organic food.
Scandi Standard CEO Leif Bergvall Hansen said: This acquisition is in line with our long-term strategy of offering consumers healthy and climate-smart chicken products.
Kronfgel CEO Magnus Lagergren said: Demand for white meat is growing, and
