Wine companies discuss industry’s future

Hayley Purbrick from the Victorian-based Tahbilk winery said it seems the Hunter is picking-up after the devastating impact of the high Australian dollar and oversupply problems ABC Rural reports.

Certainly it's been quite difficult for most wineries over the last five years, she said.

There's still a lot of extra wine about and I guess in that sense you have to look for other avenues to sell your product.
