According to him, shuddh food should be free from meat, fish, eggs, alcohol and intoxicants.

Zed also stated that food provided to Hindu consumers in airlines, defence forces, cruises, prisons, dorms should also carry the shuddh symbol, in addition to supplied by manufacturers and retailers.

Zed further noted that Hindu body has to be created to certify products, manufacturers and restaurants as shuddh.
