La Costea, a US-based packaged foods firm and the parent company of Arizona Canning, has acquired canned beans and vegetables manufacturer Faribault Foods for an undisclosed amount.
As part of the acquisition, both the companies will operate as Faribault Foods and the current Faribault Foods' management team, employees and facilities will be retained as part of the combined company's operations.
