India-based food company Allanasons has announced plans to invest around $20m in a meat-processing facility in Ethiopia, reports Bloomberg.
The company has secured a land in Adami Tulu in Oromia region to build new facility, which is around 170km south of the capital, Addis Ababa.
Allanasons Ethiopian operations head Aman Khan was quoted by Bloomberg as saying that the new facility will produce around 70 metric tons of meat per day.
