Australian Vintage agrees to sell Yaldara Winery

The transaction is expected to be completed later this year as the winery is yet to receive an alcohol license.

Australian Vintage chief executive Neil McGuigan told Decanter.com, Over the next two years we will be exploring various options regarding the long-term processing of our super premium grapes from the Barossa, Adelaide Hills and adjacent regions.

Yaldara currently employs 16 people on-site, of whom only few are likely to be retained by 1847 winery.
