Cal-Maine Foods has established a joint venture (JV) with Hickmans Egg Ranch for specialty egg sales in Arizona, US.
As per the deal, the new JV Southwest Specialty Eggs will acquire the Egg-Land's Best, a franchise for the Arizona state.
This franchise has exclusive licensing agreements for the sale of Egg-Land's Best and Land O' Lakes branded specialty eggs, as well as other premium brands.
