New Zealand-based Fonterra is expected to layoff around 110 jobs at its Canpac packing operations site as part of its plan to focus more on paediatric nutritionals.
Currently, the site provides employment to 330 people.
The move could mean Canpac will now work for five day a week for 24 hours instead of the current seven days a week operation.
