The European Union has adopted a TAC (Total Allowable Catch) for anchovy of 20,100 tonnes for the Bay of Biscay for the period from July 1, 2014 till June 30, 2015.
This amount represents an increase of the total quota by 3,000 tons (18 per cent) from the previous quota.
