D. Canale Co, a US-based food and beverage wholesaler, has announced plans to establish a new spirits distillery and public tasting room in Downtown Memphis.
The proposed Old Dominick distillery and tasting room will see an investment of around $5m.
To be designed and constructed by LRK and Archer Custom Builders respectively, the facility will produce and bottle a wide range of distilled spirits, when operational in 2015.
