DSM’s New Enzyme Squeezes the Goodness from Berries

DSM has launched Rapidase Pro Color for colored berry juice alongside a report demonstrating the contributions enzymes make to a greener and healthier planet. The new enzyme also saves production costs by helping to maximise the amount of juice extraction from berries, and it also helps reduce manufacturers carbon footprints.
