Gressingham Duck, one of the UKs leading fresh meat brands, has launched a new healthy, pan fry duck steak product.
The Duck Steak in a Ginger, Coriander and Lime marinade takes just 10 minutes to cook and contains less than 3% fat.
The new duck steaks launch first in Sainsburys this month at an introductory price of 4 with further listings in other retailers expected soon.
The skinless duck steaks are a new development for the Gressingham brand aiming to capitalise on the dine-in market.
