Tate Lyle has appointed Nick Hampton to the position of chief financial officer and to the board of Tate Lyle with effect from 1 September 2014. Tim Lodge, chief financial officer since 2008, will continue in his current role and as a director until 31 August 2014, and will then leave Tate Lyle after a short transition period.
