US-based Milos Tea is set to invest around $13.1m in the expansion of its Bessemer operations, in a move to cater to the increasing consumer demand for drinks in the country.
As part of the expansion, the company will expand its existing plant in the city, a move that would create 29 new jobs.
The company has also received property and sales tax abatement approval from the City of Bessemer, to purchase an adjacent 3.3 acre site and a building that will be used as cold storage.
