US-based packaged bakery specialist Flowers Foods completed its $370m acquisition of Lepage Bakeries today.
The buy-out was announced at the beginning of June this year.
Flowers Foods said the move will expand its presence across the north east of the US and identified the high potential in Lepage Bakeries organic brands.
The move is set to add $166m to annual net sales at Flowers Foods.
