Capital Brewery to break ground on new facility

US-based establishment Capital Brewery is planning to break ground on a new $11m facility in Sauk City, a move that will boost the company's production capacity.

Construction on the proposed 60,000ft2 facility is expected to begin in summer this year.

Initially, the facility will have a capacity to produce 40,000 barrels of beer, with plans to expand to 100,000 barrels over the future.

The brewing facility will focus on both bottling and canning operations.
