American juice packaging firm Country Pure Foods has acquired the portion juice and juice concentrate business as well as certain related assets from Fruitbud Juice.
With this transaction, the company will make its juice offerings, including its new and emerging V Blend line of juices available to Fruitbud customers, while expanding its footprint.
The acquisition does not include any plant operations.
