Canadian dairy producer Saputo is considering possible acquisitions in Australia, the US, Canada and Latin America.
Saputo chief executive officer Lino Saputo Jr was quoted by Reuters as saying that the company's potential acquisitions in the US alone could cost less than C$100m ($91m) to as much as C$4bn ($3.7bn), Saputo said in a conference call for quarterly results.
