Panera Bread to remove artificial additives by 2016-end

US-based Panera Bread Company is planning to remove artificial additives such as colors, flavors, sweeteners and preservatives from its bakery-caf food menu by the end of 2016.

The move comes at the time when the company launched its comprehensive food policy that shows its commitment to clean ingredients, transparency, and a positive impact on the food system, Panera said.
