Norfolk basedcompany The Meat Merchants is launching a range of four new meat snacks specifically targeted at the on-trade.
Old school friends and business partners Danny Searle and Sean Cannon were enjoying a pint in one of Searles pubs when they spotted a gap in the market for a premium snack which not only marries well with beers, ales and lagers, but also provides a premium add on sale in a pub and bar environment.
