It appears that theres solid demand for crustaceans. Average prices for wild crab rose 10 percent year on year while farmed crabs rose 2 percent. Vannemei and freshwater shrimp categories saw an average rise of 35 percent and crayfish, admittedly not in season yet, rose 20 percent.
