Finnish meat producer Atria announced yesterday that 48 full time employees will be let go from its plant in Jyvskyl.
Atria has decided to reshape the production capacity and organisation of the Jyvskyl plant in order to adapt them to the changes in freight work for consumer-packed meat. Saarioinen Oy has terminated the contract concerning meat packaging at the Jyvskyl production plant with effect from 1 February 2015.
