Bunge Ltd. has created a new board committee on sustainability and corporate responsibility. The committee will be headed by board member Carol Browner.
Creation of the committee was announced May 23 by L. Patrick Lupo, Bunge chairman.
The committee will provide governance and guidance on policies, strategies and programs relevant to Bunges relationship with the environment and the communities in which it works, the company said.
