Dole Food Co. is undertaking an organization change and related reorganization designed to better position the company in addressing the continued volatility in some of Doles businesses.
Howard Roeder has been promoted to president of Dole Fresh Vegetables, reporting to Michael Carter, president and chief operating officer of Dole. Mr. Roeder succeeds Ray De Riggi, who is retiring.
