The UK Government National Diet and Nutrition Survey strongly discourages the consumption of more than one glass of juice per day. The recent study shows the damaging effects it has: diabetes, obesity and heart disease are all related to drinking the sugar-loaded beverages. It was discovered that boys and girls aged from 11 to 19 typically eat 42% more sugar than they should, and exceed the recommended saturated-fat allowance by 14%. Just 10% of teenage boys and 7% of girls have their five dail
