American seafood and aquaculture company Clear Springs Foods has introduced a new frozen fish stick product marketed toward children.
Marketed under the brand Fiddlestix, the product features rainbow trout combined with red and green peppers, spices and potatoes in a breaded stick shape.
According to Clear Springs, the company has tested the fish sticks in schools and received outstanding grades from the children.
