British wine producer Three Choirs Vineyard has bought Wickham Vineyard in Hampshire, in a move to increase its production capacity.
The transaction comes in response to the growing demand for English still wines that exceeded the company's existing production levels.
Commenting on the acquisition, Three Choirs Vineyard managing director Thomas Shaw said, We are delighted to have purchased such a well-known vineyard and look forward to restoring it to its former glory as a producer of quality
