DF MAVENS dairy-free ice cream brand created by Malcolm Stogo has opened its new ice cream manufacturing plant in Queens, New York.
The $3m facility produces desserts made from scratch, from pasteurization to packaging of the products. DF MAVENS' operations currently occupy 8,800ft, with plans to expand to 12,000ft.
