Delaware-based Dogfish Head Brewery, whos been at the forefront of interesting beer creations, has unveiled a new beer with a spicy kick.
Part of its Music Series collection, the brewery collaborated with musician Julianna Barwick to create a hoppy IPA infused with wasabi.
The ale is called Rosabi, described by Dogfish Head on its blog as a combination of Munich and Caramel malts and a touch of red rice from Juliannas home state of Louisiana. Citrusy Simcoe and Centennial feed Juliannas love
