Tall Tree Foods, a business unit of Altamont Capital Partners, has acquired Klement Sausage Co., Milwaukee. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Klement Sausage is a processor of smoked, fresh and summer sausage as well as snack sticks and deli meats. Ray Booth, the current chief executive officer of Klements, will continue to lead the business along with the current management team based in Milwaukee. The Klements plants and offices will remain in Milwaukee.
