Tennessee Distilling Company has sold its Collier and McKeel Whiskey brands to Californian firm Corsair Distillery, for an undisclosed amount.
The integration is expected to be completed over the next few months.
Tennessee Distilling Company president Mike Williams said finding the right partner to carry on the legacy of these brands was important to the company.
