The world-famous Spanish brewer San Miguel has established its very first international subsidiary with the complete takeover of India's Arian Breweries Distilleries.
The company has held a 50% stake in the family-owned Arian Breweries since 2012, and the company says that the full acquisition for an undisclosed sum marks the brewer's strategy to expand into international markets.
