David Larkworthy, executive chef of the 5 Seasons Brewing Company in Atlanta, has been serving Registered Ossabaw Island Pork as a local farm-to-table charcuterie product, and the special menu item has become a favorite among his patrons.

Ossabaw Island pigs are uniquely special and are both nutritious and delicious, commented Larkworthy.
