Hamthropology introduces registered Ossabaw Island Pork to Georgia culinary market

Hamthropology, dedicated to the preservation of the Ossabaw Island Pigs and their heritage, today announced the introduction of Registered Ossabaw Island Pork to the Georgia culinary market.

Ossabaw Island pigs are critically-endangered heritage pigs, descended from the famous Iberico pigs from Spain, commonly referred to as four legged olive trees because their tasty fat is high in oleic acid, the same heart-healthy fat found in olive oil.
