Roast potatoes with paprika & lemon salt

ush the potatoes. Roast for 10 minutes or until the potatoes start to brown. Combine the salt, lemon rind and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle the salt mixture over the potatoes. Roast for a further 15 minutes or until golden.
