Florette Food Servie (McDonald's long term fruit and vegetable supplier) in partnership with Cofruid'Oc, are now supplying 100% French apples for McDonald's P'tite Pomme sachets in France. This is another step in the company's efforts to source from French agriculture.
Today, out of the 865,000 spent on food, over 70% is from agri-food companies that produce in France. The company represents a major outlet for agri-food and the French agricultural sector.
