Canadian salmon farmer Skuna Bay Salmon has named two celebrity chefs as the judges for its Kentucky Derby Chef Challenge Final, to be held on 30 April.
Chef Tyler Wiard, culinary director of Elways in Colorado and Andrew Sutton, Disney Signature Chef in Anaheim, Calif. will judge the competition, held during the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs in Louisville. Wiard is known for competing in 2013s Top Chef Seattle competition, while Sutton competed in the 2013 Kentucky Derby Chef Challenge.
