Major trade supplier Pizza Trading has signed a new agreement with Dawn Farm Foods, the leading European supplier of cooked and fermented meat ingredients, enabling its wholesale division Sauce Direct to distribute the Dawn Farms foodservice range of pizza toppings into the UK independent wholesale market.
