Turkish fruit export increased by 16% last year

According to the Turkish union of fruit and vegetable exporters (TYMSIB) the Turkish fruit export increased by 16% between 2012 and 2013 to a value of 708.5 million American dollars (514.5 million Euro). The profit made with the grape export rose by 15% to 187 million American dollars (135.8 million Euro), which makes grapes the most exported fruit in the country.
