Oceana Welcomes New Danish Helcom Chairmanship

In a letter addressed to Ms. Pilsgaard, Oceana marked its appreciation for plans to tackle the human causes of eutrophication by setting country-wide nutrient reduction targets and cleaning wastewaters.
