JBT FoodTech, an American food processing machinery provider owned by JBT, has inked a $5m supply contract with a multinational food processor.
The contract includes the supply and installation of a continuous sterilization system for canned milk and forms part of a plant capacity expansion project.
The contract was awarded in the first quarter of 2014 and the delivery of the sterilization system is slated for fourth quarter of 2014.
