Harper Government Invests in national livestock traceability system

Parliamentary Secretary Pierre Lemieux (Glengarry-Prescott-Russell), on behalf of Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz, today announced the creation of the Canadian Agri-Traceability Services (CATS) at the Calgary Stampede.
