Russia bans Chinese shrimp imports from Jinhang Foods claiming tainted shipments

Russia's Rosselkhoznadzor is banning imports of seafood from two Chinese enterprises starting on March 20, the agricultural watchdog said.

The decision to ban the shipments was made after harmful and dangerous substances were discovered in the products, Rosselkhoznadzor said.

The ban concerns dried products from Longkou Jiabao Aquatic Foodstuffs and shrimp from Guangdong Jinhang Foods.
